    Vieilles Vignes 2018 €17.50

These are our oldest Grenache vines, planted on the hillside with south-west exposure in front of the domain over one hundred years ago. Given their age, these vines produce a very small yield that are co-fermented with our Mourvèdre for over twenty days. Cellared in cement tanks to maintain their bright fresh fruit aromas.
An intense deep garnet color followed by a complex array of red fruit, black cherries, blackberries, or a freshly baked wild-berry pie. This is a full-bodied wine, with a great balance between the acidity, the bold intensity, and the round velvety tannins, all on a nice long juicy finish.

    Varieties : 80% Grenache, 20% mourvèdre
    Alc. : 15% vol.
    Serving temperature: 16°C/60°F

    Arbre de Vie 2017 €15.00

This is a feminine wine, not only because of its label design but also because of its finesse and elegance. The Tree of Life represents the needle work of the women of the estate. Classic fermentation after destemming occurs in cement tanks followed by an extended fermentation for 15 days. Blending of the syrah aged in puncheons, after malolactic fermentation. Ageing in cement tanks for 12 months. This 2017 cuvee is a beautiful fruit forward wine, raspberry, cherry, black licorice. Its approachability make it, as I like to say, “an easy drinking red wine”! Great long finish on silky tannins. Can be enjoyed now or aged.

Vin Doux Naturel Ambré (75 cl) €29.00

Our Natural Sweet Wine is the pride of the estate. Unfortunately it’s production has declined in recent years. The Rasteau Vin Doux Naturel is at the origin of the appellation, this tradition and this process must be preserved. It is made of 100% grenache grapes, direct-pressed. The fresh juice will start to ferment with its indigenous yeasts followed by alcoholic fermentation with the temperature controlled. Fortified wine’s winemaking involves adding 95° neutral alcohol to stop fermentation to preserve the grapes’ natural sweetness. Aging in barrel for at least 3 years. Ideal as an aperitif, it will also pair well with white fruits tart. Will aged indefinitely in bottle.

    Varieties: 100% black grenache
    Alc. : 17% vol.
