    Vieilles Vignes 2013

    Our old vines are more than 50 years old and some exceed 100 years. This wine is therefore concentrated with a touch of licorice. It is actually a wine to eat and to sublimate a very good cheese or a leg of the Alpilles.

    Tradition 2011

    Our Rasteau Vintage 2011 is a rich wine. Spices are present which characterize this Rasteau in the pure tradition Girasols. A meat in sauce a provencal daube will delight the buds. In a word a nice chord.

    Tradition 2015

    What characterizes this vintage 2015 is its freshness in the mouth, red fruits, blackcurrant and blackberry. It should be served on grills and some fish and crustaceans with a spicy tomato sauce. It is also a wine for the aperif a little fresh.

    Arbre de Vie 2012

    This feminine wine, not only because of its presentation but also because of finesse of the tannins. This cuvee has a higher peercentage of syrah, wich gives a deep, deeply rooted wine. Our particular soil, pebbles and clays, strenth and softness at the same time. To consume on a good meal, with time to appreciate it, accompanies a red mead, the exotic kitchen, Tex Mex why not?

    Cuvée Gracieuse 2014

    Wine full with lively tannins, a nice length in the mouth no heavines. This cuvee gracieuse bears its name well. It accompagnies dishes made from grilled red meats but also a rabbit provencal,cheeses ripened. Do not forget the aperitif, because we realize that the red wine as an aperitif becomes more and more frequend and this gracieuse cuvee is ready to delight.

    Cuvée Tombaronne 2015

    Our Côtes du Rhône cuvee Tombaronne 2015 is a good compromise. Not as powerful as a Rasteau, this cuvee a greely and easy to drink on a any occasion. For the food and wine match, good cold meats and ripened cheeses. It is wine of improvised meal among friends.

  • Côtes du Rhône Rosé

     

    Our production in the Côtes du Rhône rose is limited but always of quality. A rose on the fruit, ideal with less summer meals, raw vegetables, mixed salads, fish and white meats, brochettes of chicken lemon and basil, herbs of provence. The aperitif is also a good tile to enjoy this rose with tapas, bread with anchovies and olives.

    Vin Doux Naturel AMBRE 75 cl

    Our ambre naturel sweet wine is the pride of the domaine. We are less and less to produce the Rasteau natural wine is at the origin of that appellation and we must preserve this tradition and this method of manufacturing. Mutated wine (juice + alcohol), it passes in barrels 3 months. Ideal as an aperitif with foie gras, blue cheese and also all the desserts. Its keeps in the refrigerator several months opened and in your cellar severals decades.

    Vin Doux Naturel ROUGE 50 cl

    The wine produced with black grenache is a mutation wine. It is perfect on desserts with red fruits as an aperitif and especially on chocolate! It spends one year in barrel and one year in bottle. After opening it be can stored in tre refrigerator for several months.
